help Constant Disconnect and Join Bugs

So first of all a friend of mine are playing on a server together. He is playing over Steam and is completley fine. Me otherwise on EG get drowned with dumb connection bugs.
The first one is that i get disconnected every five minutes due to "Player not responding"
The second one is, every time I join new there is a chance of me not having any kind of Interface and being unable to open my inventory aka another rejoin on my side
The last one (just recently started to pop up, but since its there it happens particulary often) is that i am not able anymore to open my console to join a server from EG which requires a complete game restart to fix everytime.

Is there somone out there having an idea on what i could do?
