Cannot Find Self-Hosted Server from PS4

So I have been able to find and join other Unofficial PC servers from the PS4 version of the game, and yet I have been unable to find and join my own server that I have had issues setting up. I only have the PS4 version of the game so am unable to determine if people on Steam / Epic can join the server, but looking at the server information from the Steam Servers window(s,) it appears that not only does the server appear on the LAN but also through my current public IP address. I also tested that all ports 7776-7780, 27014-27019, and 27020 were open via PFPortChecker on both TCP and UDP protocols and that they weren't blocked by any firewall and that the ports were forwarded. I'm not sure what else I could do to try to connect to the server from my PS4, I have noticed that even trying to connect to the server via the Open command in the console window just nets me a connection timeout error.
Any help would be much appreciated, let me know if you need any other information!
