I think implementing the clean UI and features like selecting Dinos and Tribe members via gaze, check for attacking predators by quickly looking left and right, would really improve immersion and would make the gameplay more intuitive.

First of all: ARK is an awesome game! Thanks for your work!
I generally love open-world games and some of them also include features from the Tobii Eye Tracker - e.g. extended view, aim at gaze, clean UI etc.
Since Tobii provides an SDK for the Unreal Engine 4 I would love to see some of the features integrated into ARK.
