Gen 1 : tek replicators cant be craftet anymore

Many pointed out that you can not craft a tek replicator on gen 1 lack of drops or obelisks to do so and with element being not transferable across servers. The introduced the abilty to craft it in a fabricator as a replacment.

No some very sensable persone desided to unfix the problem that was fixed befor by removing this abilty again.

I not gone point out how hard it is to unsolve a slolved probem but FIX THAT AGAIN please.

i aplogize for the caps but at this point it had to make clear it was fixed and the messed it up again.
