I, for one, would appreciate a personalize phone call. 

I mean, I wouldn't answer... but they could leave a message detailing everything I need to know based on an analytic examination of my gameplay.

When the AI overlords take over, we will finally get the customer service we deserve. (oh... yes we will)

I mean... I did buy the game (on sale) and demonstrated my "loyalty" to them by playing a game I enjoy.
