Unfortunately, there are a limited number of tames that can be on a server at one time, so you'll have to wait for an opening to revive your next tame - or you can try another server that is less full. All of our servers have information about the number of tames and structures they currently have on them on the info page before you join, so you can look for a server that has a little more room on it.
