DodoRaptor
The Titanosaur was clearly designed as the ultimate PvP creature, able to easily destroy a tamed giga. However, since its release, wyverns, reapers, and manas have dominated the meta, and mutations allow them to get pretty dang strong, able to easily take down one. With their PvP niche filled in better than Flex Seal on a chainsawed bucket, and lack of any use whatsoever in PvE or single player, is there any reason at all to tame them besides the achievement? And if not, what's the point of wasting resources on something useless instead of just using cheats to unlock it?
JustAnotherBeachNoob
On unofficial over they are good if you let them eat.
Cowgirl
They give good XP and meat when I eat them with my giga
Doomette
I find them good for a chuckle for the predicaments they get into near my base. Poor things were having a rough day. I did wonder what would happen if I cut down the tree the first one was on lol Probably not really the usefulness you were looking for though
Thyme
Their feces is the best for making fertilizer. That’s about the extent of their use.

Tame one then immediately ride it to someone's base and you can wreck them in a matter of minutes. Mind you, a good/big/active tribe might respond quickly, before you can destroy everything, and of course they will be out for blood afterwards, but by taming a titan you can destroy months worth of work in just a short time. wizard03
Im kinda with you man, The best I can truely conjure on solo is that they give the mega poop, you can throw a ton of forges on them and ride off to wherever to smelt metal. But beyond that. garbage
Countrydude89
I like using them for heavy transport over long distances on SP. Sure, Gasbags are just as good, but Titanos hit a hell of alot harder if push comes to shove. Throw in a couple Giga guard dogs, and you have a nearly invincible form of transport. olT3lo
PvE, we disable them as being nothing but a nuisance, same as leedsichthys.

In case anyone has any doubt, the comments I made above were specifically for the titan(osaur) and have nothing to do with the titan bosses on Extinction. Heck, you can even kill them with a decent shark for hide
olT3lo
Yeah, but I'm never hurting for hide.

Gelantious
I'd like to see them changed for PVE servers to be permanent tames and being able to eat on their own without having to force feed them every other day. Had one as a mobile base on my own server with the feeding enable, but lost it due to not being able to login for a couple of days because of irl. So it died. Got another orbed that we tamed but dunno when we'll put it to use. Maybe if there's a good mod that doesn't change anything except the eating behaviour.
