Crash and error reports

We have several players that crash at specific parts of the map, and are unable to log back in. When they try, the game loads up to Space_Backdrop_Asteroids_7 and then gives the following error report.

Getting this same error on start up of our non dedicated server it goes half way though loading and crashes we have updated drivers, lowered settings, removed mods, verified files twice, happens on non dedicated and single player not sure how to fix this hope there's a fix for it soon.

We set up an Egg Incubator on CrystalIsles and now (not directly after setting it up) it crashesd for all characters coming close to that base, tried on four different PCs and three different characters / accounts. We where effectively locked out of our base. - Now - two days later - I happen to be able to log back in, don't know why.

this is the same crash report I get dose this happen in the middle of the ship jumping for you?

Same error message. Game crashing when entering the top half of green biome from the bottom half. Crashes between Lat 45 to 40 on Gen 2 and can't get past without crashing. Apparently its not local so verifying files and reinstalling didn't work, nor running in very low memory mode. I tried turning off mods (was only using S+ and custom horse saddles), but that didn't help either.

Bonjour j'ai actuellement le même problème depuis 2 jours, quand le jeu crash et me met fatal error line 1388 en bas a gauche j'ai Space_Backdrop_Asteroids_7,  le problème vient de la, j'ai réparé le jeu et fais des vérifications qui me dit que 2 fichiers sont manquants donc ces deux la et me dit qu'ils vont être réinstallés donc j'attend que tout se fasse et quand je me reconnecte ça me remet le même message d'erreur, j'aimerai comprendre pourquoi, j'ai désinstalleé et réinstallé Ark déjà 2 fois pensant que les fichiers se serait bien remis mais non, et ça me le fait que sur genesis 2 de mon serveur sur un autre serveur je n'ai pas ce problème. je me suis crée un nouveau personnage sur genesis 1 pour me tp sur genesis 2 ce qui a fonctionné seulement si je supprimais l'ancien perso, et arrivé 100m de ma base j'ai eu ce message d'erreur, est ce que ça peut venir de l'endroit ou est ma base ?

Try locate your install folder, go to  \ARK\ShooterGame and find the file called AssetRegistry.bin.
Close folder.

If you are using navida, try setting it on safe mode, by right click your desktop click on nvidia controll panel /help /safemode

Shut down your antivirus

go to
\ARK\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64
find ShooterGame_BE.exe and open it from there
---

 

If this does not help install epic games, and run the updates it needs
and open  \ARK\ShooterGame ShooterGame.uproject

if no updates promp close it back down
