Disable No Build Zone On Ragnarok Obelisks

Hi i run a ps4 pvp server and am trying to disable the no build zone around the obelisks...So far from searching google i found a few settings that ive changed but still cant build...I have tried 

AllowCaveBuildingPVE=true

PvEAllowStructuresAtSupplyDrops=true

but they didnt do anything

Any suggestions?

Normally, you would use the following setting:

# ../Game.ini

[/Script/ShooterGame.ShooterGameMode]
bIgnoreStructuresPreventionVolumes=true

However, these volumes on Ragnarok are hard-coded and ignore that setting.
