I tried every method to fix the bug and nothing helped, even joining the game using Battlemetrics doesn't help, anyone knows how to fix it? Auto-update should be turned on if you play Ark regularly. Though try checking firewall settings and/or validate your game-files. Last thing, does BattleEye do what it should be doing?
