Cave building should be disabled (similar to Classic Servers). It's simply impossible to progress and get TEK with ORP structures in every artifact cave.
There needs to be a lower structure limit and a lower limit on uncryoed dinosaurs allowed on ORP. In the NA cluster Genesis and Extinction are unplayable because the big tribes spam a ton of structures and I'm assuming have a ton of breeding dinos. I literally can't do the wave ray mission and there isn't even a base nearby it. Server ping is always jumping to 255 and 30 sec rollbacks happen all the time.
Please look into ORP Servers WC. It's one of the best server types ruined by a few small issues
