Mine is head all the way big and as tall as possible and all the leg stats maxed and everything else tiny. I call him tall man

Iv had 3 oddballs I decided to run....first one was a midget with normal arms legs, and a big head. it was EXACTLY like rocko's modern life Mr bighead XD
Second was a normal size, but he had a HUGE waist, and tiny stomach....with clothing on, it was really weird, especially while on an argy, like I had a hunchback.
Last one, I made myself, I just maxed out everything to play as Andre the giant. While riding a raptor, my feet almost touch the ground! My character looks like he is riding inflatable pool toys

If u turn everything down, then increase the chest to max, da sholder blades stick out about a foot, lol.

I find the best combo tho, at least for male, idk female char, is decrease upper face size and lover face size to 0, reduce waist a little, then up most mussels a little. 
 

also one time I did a character. I saved him as stan lee, and he was wide tall and thin as could be. He also had the glove things with massive hands and lower arm.
