Exactly you get 20 horns from the queen and you should be able to get around 7-8 more from the males throughout the cave itself. It's also super easy nowadays, you can probably even run it on a tamed velo with a prim saddle. Not to mention the decent loot too. With the upcoming x3 a single run will give enough horns to tame 8-10 high level mantises. Just pack some fur and maybe medbrews. Well...if you go to Ragnarok to get the Deathworm Queen's horns there, then you might as well stay in Ragnarok and tame your Mantis there.
