I know I could technically use the Ark app from the Microsoft store but I'm looking for something similar to the Steam Dedicated Server app or what Nitrado uses. Steam's way of launching a server locally needs to have access to the exe of the game for the servers to launch. This is a big issue for the Windows version of ARK as any game from the Windows store is heavily protected by Microsoft. If you try to give yourself access to the files, certain aspects of the game (such as multiplayer features) or the whole game itself won't work. If there is a way, however, I'd love to know as much as you as It's allow me to play ARK on my PC rather than hosting it on my PC, then play on the server through my Xbox.
