Basically, I am planning on building in an underwater cave, however, I found some threads from 6 years back (2015) about explosives dealing 6x more damage to structures in these underwater caves. Is this still true today, and if so, should I still build in an underwater cave, with turrets ready at the entrance, or should I just start scouting other locations on different maps?
