Kvll Posted January 4, 2021 Share Posted January 4, 2021 Hello. Im new to breed and mutations. I have seen a lot of posts but still didnt find any answers. I have recently recived 2 manas from my tribe mate and he got 12m mutation on paterlineal side both of them 1 f {got md and stam very high} and 1 m {hp very high} . Im trying to breed them to have baby high hp md and stam but when the baby pops with all of them 3 stats level is 417 or higher. Is there anything i can do to get all 3 stats and level of baby below 400 or i should choose between them 3 stats to have 2 stat baby only. Piffguru Posted January 4, 2021 Share Posted January 4, 2021 You would need to get the parent with the 3 stats you want and breed it with a opposite gender with very low level, and extremely low stats points in stats that you do not want such as oxygen,food, etc to lower the level of the dino and keep the 3 stats the way you want them. Piffguru Posted January 4, 2021 Share Posted January 4, 2021 Well those stats sound pretty low as it is but the only way to know what the actual stat points is is by putting the dino info into ark smart breeder. It will tell you if your food stat is 10 points or 2 points for example and you can figure out if it is worth trying to get it lower. Only other thing to do is not level up your dinos past 449 so they dont disappear. As for low level dinos, you can go start a character on a beginners server to tame lvl 1 dinos to bring back and breed with or you can trade for some low levels like that from other people that have already done that. Thanks Yea there are servers called beginner servers, they have a low level cap for players and dinos and you cant transfer in an existing character into them you have to start a new one there. Btw i think they not deleting 450 dinos anymore as i have few and they still on server after restart and updates. They just wont let u level past 450. If you are going over, it could be weight is too high, or here's run speed points, or both. there's actually 7 stats, 1 of which is worthless. Run speed points could be there, you get no benefit from them other than putting overall level higher. Hard to say w/out knowing all your stats, but usually people w/ those try and breed to level 1 females to work out the stats they don't need. 377 is the magic # you want to birth at. The animals can't over level anymore, it will stop lvling at 450 now. If you birth over 450, they will disappear immediately. w/ max level manas, you pretty much only have room to fit health, stamina, melee, and maybe, just maybe a tiny bit of weight. Kvll Posted January 5, 2021 Author Share Posted January 5, 2021 Cool. Ill keep that in mind. What if i beed to manas lvl 10 lets say and hopefully bbs will get lower lvl? So i can go down to lvl 1 or 2 with bad stats. Lowest i got was 408 and still better to level 42 levels with 3 stats than 350 with 2 stats. Ill keep trying anyways. GrumpyBear Posted January 5, 2021 Share Posted January 5, 2021 Level one happens when You tame enough low levels that have zero points in all seven categories between them. This can take quite a few tames to get the right zeros. You really only need zeros in oxy, food, weight, movement. You could live with a few points in the others since you are replacing those categories with your top stats anyways. We use ark smart breeder to export stats from in game into the program. if you notice on the wheel menu when you click on your tame, click options, there in lower left u should see export Dino. Clicking that creates a file on your pc, you then set up the program and point it to check in that folder. You then can import it in and it will tell you everything you need to know about what you have tamed. Colors, and stats. From there you can see what’s going on and figure out exactly how many points is in each stat. an animal with zero points in all stats is a level one. That’s only possible from breeding the lowest level animals until you merge all zeros. These are often traded on discord already. Try taming level 5s. If the minimum level is 15, it’s harder to find zeros, but not impossible. tip on building your own, when you have a tame knocked out, punch it to help lower taming effectiveness. This will help lower bonus levels added on which will help you find more zeros. As well as sometime taming with raw meat instead of kibble can help sometimes. if you are not on pc, you can manually enter the stats into the program and it can figure out the points.
