I heard a friend told me they do I have not attempted to fill my water from them, but I do know they heal you and your tame much quicker than eating meat. Yeah, anytime we do a drake egg run, we hit that last z plant before the waterfall and eat meat till it chucks out a seed, then keep trucking....this way we don't tear through our radiation suits just to heal all the way Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I know both wild and grown plants can emit charge light. this is correct, the ones you plant around your base only keep the nameless at bay, and offer up "flash bang" grenade style seeds. however only the wild ones help with healing momentarily and offer the same light buff as the planted ones.
