Is there a way to unupdate a server?

Today we had a talk on our 40 man server and it came up that NONE of us enjoy the new patch with the raptored up tamming. We all agreed that we would quit Ark untill a solution could be found. We need a way to turn off Dino's running when they get tranqed low enough. Today alone we have had 4 gigas die in the ocean different people having this problem and we have had only 3 dinos tamed in my tribe All of them small enough to be held by a quetz. The server has given up on tamming larger dino's that can't be held because its pretty much impossible with our settings. Is there any way to turn off running because of Torpor or because it can't hit you?
 

 

We have dino damage turned to 4x Gigas One shot you. a level 4 bronto will kill an entire tribe before you can tranq it. It seems more realistic that way. I understand Dino's running when they get hurt but When they get low on torpor or when they can't hit you? they should keep trying to find ways to get to you. Hell if anything they should get slower as the torpor goes up. at they should be 1% slower for every 1% of torpor they have untill they pretty much are just slugish little beasts.
