I haven't been fully satisfied with the Bee since its release, then I find out that there was an awesome strat with it that ended up getting nerfed. I don't understand why we can't weaponize the Giant Bee. If there wasn't supposed to be any offensive/defensive aspect to it, then why did you guys design it to spawn defenders that could respond to our whistles?
Regardless, I have a better suggestion for the Bee that would make it a lot better:
When made into a hive and placed, the hive spawn a small swarm of Drones that act as a sort of turret. They can be set to any temperament, but will always return to the hive when hostiles have been dealt with. To ensure balance, what ever that is in regards to this creature, the hive uses honey to "reload" any Drones that die in combat.
I just want there to be more to the Bee than simply being a honey maker. Bees are fascinating animals that deserve better representation in this game about humans and animals living together.
