Make Element Vein Harvesting exclusive to tribe who claimed it!

On a PVE server and I just had my 50k vein stolen from me after i finished protecting it! What is the point of claiming it if any tom sausage harry can come harvest it after the hard works done? I don't understand why it hasn't been implemented yet? If you can protect our tames from being killed by others why can't you protect our veins and OSDs?

you have my vote, while we are at it can we get rid of people being able to end your purple drops and claim your damn loot.

@Seruum @Valeska0 Is this a recent bug? I had allies try to do both a few months ago. They couldn't harvest vein or pick up loot. 

If this is happening then it is a bug and should be reported in your platforms bug section as on PvE they made it so neither of these should be able to happen.
