Blake28 Posted December 2, 2020 Share Posted December 2, 2020 Been searching and can't find this. We have tried doing the alpha boss fight a few times now, and the queen takes a long time to land. Like over 10 mins between landings. Is this normal? We have now lost the fight twice and lost about 12 rexes, 2 utys. The rexes were bred high, been doing these since the map opened. 40k health and 2.5k melee. Both times we had her down to about 10% health, but she hardly landed. Are we doing something wrong? Elgar Posted December 3, 2020 Share Posted December 3, 2020 We did the Alpha Crystal Wyvern Queen twice with 3 Deinos, 1 Yuty, 10 Blood Crystal Wyverns and 6 Rexes. Fight was a bit long but very easy each time. Since time is your ennemy in this fight, Deinos were really crucial to quickly bring down Queen's health at start and at her landings, which are rare indeed. Queen lands only 3 times. first time when you tp to arena second on your left nest when you tp and third on your right. queen lands everytime you do certain amount of dmg that she need to land so she dont land when she wants. after third landing she wont land again and best strategy for that is to whistle all your rexes in corner at third nest where she was and queen will do dive bomb all the time and rexes will bite her and thats it easy win. and ofc yuty to boost rexes. i preffer 1 yuty 18 rexes and 1 velo in case. Piffguru Posted December 7, 2020 Share Posted December 7, 2020 Check this vid out, I used this strat with just rexes and yutis to do gamma before transfers opened up so with average rex stats and it was cake.
