On the tapejara, I was referring to using rare flowers to lure the tape to my trap, so it wouldn't fall into the water or within a bunch of predators after I had tranqed it. AirplaneSlider Posted November 12, 2020 Share Posted November 12, 2020 Do not feed yourself the rare flower. Ride a bird and feed it a rare flower near the tape. Tape will get pissed at you and just lead it somewhere and land. Let your bird tank while you tranq the tape until its down. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Cowgirl Posted November 12, 2020 Share Posted November 12, 2020 Keep in mind the flower is only going to keep its attention for like 15-30 seconds after it wares off and they can be tricky to hit, you might want to use bolas. You can either go into your inventory and use it there, or you can put it into your hot keys on the bottom of the screen.....When you use it, you will see a unique symbol on the bottom right side of your sceen next to your hud.
