Deleting Primitive Plus Saves also Deleted the Normal Ones

I play single player and decided I wanted to play Primitive Plus starting over fresh so I deleted those saves. I decided to quickly check my normal saves to see if anything had gone wrong and something had. My normal saves also appear to be gone, even though I never deleted them. I haven't played at all since this happened so I hope I can get the saves back. I play on xbox one so I can't just download any backups. This also might be a bug just on the menu interface but I don't know if I should check or not.

I decided to check the center map's single player data and my characters ingrams have been wiped and I was given all the levels I've earned back to re-put-in. Advice would be greatly appreciated.
