Error while transferring chars in Island 340

Hello,

Looks like this is happening to everyone in this server. When they try to transfer their character from other server to 340 they are receiving a message "Downloading transferred character failed" and "Cant Fetch Character". 

The characters are not lost, they can log into the previous server thru the Download Character button but transferring into 340 its impossible atm.

This is specially bad because this server has been recently down for almost 2 days so there may be ppl hurrying to log in not to lose dinos / skiffs so please check what may be going on.

Btw, this is the first time I see this error messages, if they are part of the recent mechanism implemented to prevent character lost I can only say gz.

uhm, but my tribey has been able to leave one offcial CI server, then after the 340 error he has been able to downlaod the char from the download button.

Maybe there is a portion of servers affected, or maybe NA servers are affected? our CI is EU but island is NA.

I cannot also take items out of 340, getting an error 006 Timeout.

Many servers having issues,  set to do moeder but alot of people from different servers get same message trying to get to boss fight.

Yeah, there are a lot of servers having this issue right now.  can't get to home server to feed babies. there goes three generations of work...
