sekani Posted August 26, 2020 Share Posted August 26, 2020 There are no new servers opening up on PC if you re-read it, it says they're enabling server transfers on the servers that had them disabled. That means for PC at least, crystal isles and all the servers that were created at the time that epic games had ark for free. Those servers which have been around for a while now are just getting transfers enabled. For example: Island day 1690 https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/ark/7308683 Ragnarok day 1770 https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/ark/7255019 The old island/ragnarok servers are on day 25,000+ EDIT: Heres the old community crunch that shows a partial list of the servers that was released at the time. Scroll down to Epic Games section. Now if you're talking about console, it should be already released or about to be: For PS4, the ARK Crystal Isles release time has been set for 11pm GMT, while Xbox One gamers will be waiting until 4am GMT, on August 26. It's now been a couple months and those "fresh servers" are just now getting transfers enabled. It says Crystal Isle and New (*) PC Official Server Transfers If you notice they put the (*) as noting the "new servers". Now if you look at the old community crunch I posted, it says Download ARK on Epic Games Store, New Servers, (Protip: Search for * in the session name filter to quickly identify them. As you can see, all the "new servers" on that list have a (*) before the name of the server.
