Emu
Part of the last update made it so babies no longer wander around after being born/hatched. While on the surface this sounds like a pretty solid convenience QoL, wandering babies did have it's function. Attached is a picture of what happens now that babies don't wander. Each and every mosasaur baby is stuck well inside the mother and it's now a nightmare to claim them. My suggestion would be to only disable wandering after claiming, or to take a look at where babies are spawning from animals that give live-birth. The moment you claim they are set to follow therefore stop wandering. The babies stuck inside creatures is an issue though.
Psych0P3nguin
did you ever try to claim a magnamar that would auto "wander" by hopping everywhere
Demerus
clearly this change works better for some dinos compared to others. Now all the birth spawns around mother's bodies needs to be adjusted.

K1ngReaper420
Yes please I do massive breeding when I'm breeding for mutations and I would let them wander off if they didn't have the lvl jump now its impossible to do it this way. Is there a way to turn it back on in unofficial servers like with an .ini code?

This^^ definitely the next step in improving the birthing problem. My suggestion would be to automatically swim 1-3 tiles from the mother (depending on the size of the species) and then automatically stop. This would still give the visual that it's being born from the mother but wouldn't be stuck inside of her.

If you're just breeding a couple of creatures, that's the sensible thing to do, but for people with larger setups (For breeding colours, stats etc) It's not a viable solution.
