When midnight hit, everybody would get the Liopleurodon effect which could increase loot quality from drops. My idea is to create a consumable item that gives you that effect. Possibly include it as; A recipe Or A rare drop in an OSD, 35k crate, Cave drop. Does not affect OSD, Gacha, or Genesis loot crates. Lasts for 15 minutes Has an 8 hour spoil timer (fridge, tek trough, dino inventory, preserving bin, salt does not extend) Has a 24 hour cool down like a mindwipe I think it as a special loot drop (anything craftable can be mass produced) would work best. It has for me during the winter wonderland 2 where all players got the lio buff after midnight. Just lucky i guess, but first loot crate in caverns of lost faith before encountering any cave creatures gave me asc rex saddle bp with about 110 armor.
