I have just started playing ARK, I got it off of the 100% off sale from epic games, and I want to join my friend, someone who has played for a long time using steam. When he tries to make a non-dedicated server, I cannot find it in the server lists. I looked on the steam community forums, and most fixes for this problem have involved joining via steam friends, or using the IP address in steam to auto favorite the server, and I cannot find a solution for epic games-steam compatibility.
