What is the redirect url you get? For example, if you are not logged in on the forums, then trying to submit a ticket would redirect you to the home page with the following message: https://survivetheark.com/?kind=error&message=Invalid+data+from+remote+sign-in+mechanism.+Missing+name+or+email. And has log in on the left and my request on the right.
