It’s been over a week and no response from the devs. I don’t know how long I have to wait, but I’m kind of getting annoyed. I have yet to be told for what I was banned for. You will have to wait until they review your ticket and make a determination. Tickets are reviewed in the order they are received and may take some time to investigate. Please note that the support team/GMs that handle investigations of official servers and the players on those servers do not monitor the forums.
