Am I wrong or the taming is very slow despite the kibble?

It is several times that I jot down animals to tamarli and despite the x3 and croquettes I am taking really triple the time to raise it. But is it normal?
I'm trying to get a level 15 pteranodon and I'm taking two hours with the croquettes.

No idea what your talking about, first whats a croquette? You said taming is slow then you said triple the time to raise, which is it taming or raising thats the problem here? Then you said a lvl 15 ptera taking two hours? if we are talking about taming as your title says, and assuming you are on small tribes or something since you said 3x and not 4x which the current event gives for most servers then it still doesnt makes any sense cause even if you meant to say a lvl 150 ptera it would take on 3x with the WORST taming food(cooked fish meat) it would take less than 2 hours to tame.

With this event a lvl 15 ptera take 1 regular kibble (blue) and 4:16 minutes

I am saying that the taming is slow although there is an x4 on the taming. Le kibble is the fastest way to tame an animal and yet it takes a lot of time. It happened to me with the taming of different animals. Anyway I'm on a PVE server.
