FredCross047 Posted June 17, 2020 Share Posted June 17, 2020 Losing Everything after Crystal Isle Update Ever since the latest update with The Crystal Island, I have been unable to connect to any servers since then. Customer Support nor their engineers have not been supportive with my connectivity issues and a fellow player have reported that everything I've build in The Center 355 are about to decay in three days because of my involuntary inactivity. I have no idea what to do right now. I've already redownload my game and verified my game multiples times. Can anyone help me with my current situation? Especially anyone from the development team that have yet to resolve these connection timeout problem that occurred to multiple players especially those who have played their game for sometime and have already build time consuming bases, dinos, and resources...
