BacaDOS Posted June 12, 2020 Share Posted June 12, 2020 Ark linux server no longer runs since raw sockets removed Interestingly the earlier patch that added crystal isles would only work for me when i ENABLED raw sockets, now they have removed the option, my servers refuse to start. i'm quite clueless as to what i can do to fix this, as they've complete removed the option (even though they said it wasn't working at all, so removed it - the opposite to my issue!) GyozaGuy Posted June 14, 2020 Share Posted June 14, 2020 Try also opening the port one below the current server port (e.g. if you have the server running on port 7777, open 7776 as well). This should enable you to join a Linux server on the local network, but players external to that network still seem to have issues connecting to Linux servers.
