mogrot
Cryopod disappearing when uploaded in the ark data I just now uploaded 2 cryopods of my sabertooths in the cloud to bring them back to my server. I dragged them to the ark data and poof all gone Also had this with tek items from a trade... Why is this happening? I just lost my best sabertooth GG wildcard
Shadow86851
Had the same thing happen twice today with a mek and an event griffin
whoareyou
Yep that happens sometimes. Sometimes things get randomly deleted during upload, and sometimes things get randomly duped. I haven't worked out how to prevent it so if I need to transfer something important, I transfer it on my character rather than using ark data. Reckless9000
This happened to me in March with a Purple Rhino. I wrote a ticket with a video I saved when it happened, they replaced the Dino. Unfortunately they don't give you the color and take a long time for a simple replacement. Good Luck
caleb68
I had a different experience with sabers, went to upload 2, and got a 15 minute timer, after the timer went away, it wouldn't let me upload them. Was trying to upload them to the creatures tab. first time i'd ever seen a 15 min timer on uploading dinos. Asked about it on the server, someone else tried uploading a few different dinos and didn't get any timer nor did it refuse to let them upload the dinos. Go figure... My tribemate however has had items and cryopods vanish when pulling them out of a transmitter rather then putting them in.
