Bearmain
Dino stat lower after tame Can dino stats become lower post tame? Or is it a bug? I knocked out a level 180 Carbonemys while searching for one with high health, after knocking it out its pre tame health was 5180 but after taming it was around 4662 or so. I kibble tamed it with regular kibble but it turned out to be level 251 instead of 269. I never saw it get hit, but I did leave the tame to grab the kibble from my base. Regardless I didn't think that dinos LOST stats after tame, I thought they always went up. Anybody have info on this? Gonna strap him up with C4 now. GrumpyBear
I feel like I have seen that happen before but I didn't take records when I was taming so I couldn't say for sure. from creature stat calculations page on gamepedia The TBHM (Tamed Base Health Multiplier) is 1 for most species, i.e. doesn't change anything. Exceptions are for example the Brontosaurus, Doedicurus, Carbonemys, Pteranodon which each have a value of 0.9, and the Quetzal having 0.85.
