remove item transfer timer

this new timer is trash, the timer has been resetting everytime i'm putting stuff back in my invetory and i've been waiting for half an hour now just to get back to my main server. I feel like it has to be removed it's just such a waste of time just waiting there not doing anything, scared of resetting the timer again and just waiting. It's just stupid that you have to wait now to transfer your own stuff.

It’s honestly the worst part about playing official starting off I’ve been waiting on transfer timers longer than anything else. Something as simple as transferring for black pearls goes from 3 minutes to 16 and having a larger chance to get killed from waiting. It doesn’t prevent duping or anything just shows it down and gives a physical timer to people doing it. Removing it would bring more players to official and bring more travel to the dlcs
