I literally JUST put in a ticket for the games constant crashing all night last night on extinction 458 and it immediately said it was solved without anyone looking into it. You have to actually go into the ragnarok specific forum area to find a way to report it You do it over the google docs site, the more people from your server report the faster you will get help from my experience.
