Scorpionvenom1
So i'm looking in to wether or not the extreme darkness in games are intended as a feature of if its due for optimization in the future. Its obviously a much contested topic too. Can anyone give me a "Just The Facts" on the current status and Dev opinions on the whole thing? Thanks! Scorpion. D4u2s0t
It used to be much brighter at night, was changed a while back to be much darker. I'm assuming it was intended, because it was too easy to see at night.

To clarify i have spent a good three hours trying to research this but all i can find is raw speculation and a solid wall of whine/hate/opinion threads. trying to make a just-the-facts kinda gig here
Sn1per0
On xbox u can still turn Gama all the way up and see at night. Default is really dark but max Gama makes it very easy to see at night
Scorpionvenom1
It's the same way on PC, but is that just a brute-force workaround until they can get around to balancing how the night-cycles work? or are they content with that portion of the game?
