I meant it to be positive but I really do understand while an event is going on and having the issue of not being able to play.


It is so bad on 82 that the crashes happen so frequently that you can't even put something away before the next crash which rolls back to when you had the creature out... it is no joke, unplayable... and just would like them to fix it.. that would make me happy. 

 

Glad others feel the same way though.

PvE Valguero 713 Error

I know you guys know that 713 has had connection errors. But I'm just trying to be a little helpful as to what error's it's giving when trying to connect to try help diagnose what the connection problems can possibly be. Here's the error's it's been giving. Along with the "Host Connection Timeout Lost/timedout connection to host" I've noticed it's gone offline  a few times today we're hoping you guys can get it working again. We're anxious and trying to make sure our dinosaurs and structures don't decay. There's always at least 40 active people at all times everyday on that server. Everyone would love to see it back and working. @lilpanda Please fix 713-716 :(!!!! It's been down for 6 whole days!

Please fix Official Ragnarok PVP - 715

Please fix/restart Official EU-PVP Ragnarok 715, the server will not allow players to log in or even leave. An error comes up saying there is already a player logged in, or it gives a black screen. 

Four of us are now stuck here unable to play or transfer off. We are quite peeved I am not going to lie. We're borderline going to drop this game soon. One of us has been here for like 2 days already. Sort it, or you will be losing customers. The bugs in this game I can handle every so often, but this is just ridicoulous.

434 is offline for the 4th time today...... this is soooo pathetic  @wildcard!, honestly!

for over half a year now the servers are sh!t & wildcard and their sub-contractors still just dont give a damn & keep this stupidity going on........

wildcard is really close to being the worst gaming company out there, they really are worse then EA's incompetence -.- sucha  shame!

atleast EA is willing to talk with their community!, wildcard just ignores everything & releases new DLC/maps -.-

 4th time... Mate that is nothing.  77 has been offline 8 times today, 14 times yesterday, 19 times the day before etc.. each time going offline for 30-40 minutes and when we come back in they have rollback the server to 30 minutes before it went offline. So we are getting nothing done, you get online for 30 minutes, constant lag spikes and rubber banding,  it crashes, stays offline for 30-40 minutes, then rolls everything back to when you first logged on.  Was always a bad server but since it became free on Thursday its been unplayable, we normally have 6/70 people online and it was laggy, now the servers are constantly full and falling over.

It all makes no sense, most servers struggle with the current community and number of players, so rather then address the issues, they give the game away free so 1000's more players jump on the already struggling servers. Makes no sense to me. And its @wildcard loss as we have all had enough and are moving on to other games.  So all they have achieved is to annoy the people who stuck with them.

We are currently looking at trying out the following as a replacement for Ark, let me know if anyone knows of others

  1. Rust
  2. Raft
  3. The Isle
  4. The forest

348 сервер упал более 12 часов назад, почему вы не делаете никаких объявлений, мы не можем играть, почему мы должны постоянно сидеть и ждать, писать, когда вы запускаете сервер и когда он перестает падать каждый день в течение 12 часов, как мы играем, вы запустили событие, а мы сидим и ждем запуска нашего сервера, у нас там растут динозавры. Исправьте и включите наш сервер или сделайте объявление, когда он заработает.

devs have not looked at the outage reports for at least half a year. that link should be removed from the forum.

same for bug reports. it is disgusting that they keep these things up pretending that there is somebody on the other side caring for our issues while it is 100% ignored.

Hi guys, EU-PVE-Official-TheCenter200  could use a little help with this server it's been offline for 26 hours now. I expect you've been dealing with the transfer issues on legacy but would be good if you can give someone a nudge to see if they can hand crank 200 back to life for us. Thanks in advance.
