Ongoing Server Instability & Crashes

I've played this game for 5 years and have never experienced anything worse than the last two days of playing on my gen 2 our server is in constant rollback idk why we can't even log in. And it sucks cause no one in our server even got to experience the event I am truly so sad about this 😞 😢.

the server is one big lag. what is the point of triggering players with event settings when they leave the game stressed. why stress people in their free time ?

then better face the truth and take out the events, even if the servers are empty pretty soon. Then ideas would be advisable to develop something new, than always the same poop under worse and worse conditions.

please update the news because the lags I can no longer I crash every 10 minutes with my friends we stress to lose everything we have done and have our cryopods to store the dino because it does too much lag

Since extra life started our server has seen 3 rollbacks, not bad considering how bad some other servers have it. I would consider extending the extra life hours so that those who have been unable to play due to server stability can take part.

When breeders hatch hundreds of eggs at once it could crash the server.  

Limit the amount of dinos a tribe can have unpod.

Apply dino settings to all makes all those dinos start breeding at the same time.

After so many years, wildcard still cant manage to fix their servers? gen2 938 crashes all time with around 38 minutes to bring it back on.  Plus gives random rollback of some minutes

the game is noticably more laggy and crashes are more frequent since the last patch and character keeps going out of  sync causing it to keep lagging back and eventually crash this needs fixing something changed in the last patch thats causing this its noticably worse now

Genesis 2 1565 server on playstation crashes all the time🤬🤬🤬🤬

Yesterday in short interval both servers 989 & 1008 crash and stay offline for about 30mins.

At restart all Players connected was dead and eveirhing they got in inventory was lost.

Please recover it!

Hey guys, I'm just looking for some information regarding the downtime of the Server I play on ( Official, PvE, Server 926, Gen2)

Its been down for over 24 hours now and had been crashing a lot lately. Is there some fix happening? Can we get some information please, it sucks to have Holidays to play ARK and the server is just not up at all.

An answer would be very helpful. The communication and transparency with the support of wildcard is really lacking some interest towards the community. 
At least let us know that you are aware of the server outage of EU-Gentwo926 and NA-Gentwo997.. both servers are down for several hours and yet we do not have any information regarding any server.

997 down AGAIN!  After being down for over 48 hours straight, you would think they would have done a hardware upgrade.  I got to play a whopping 5 minutes today before it crashed again.

the desync lag drives me nuts. its also dangerous. you could be in a dangerous spot like escaping from a dino.... but still take damage

yeah... cuz you never technically moved.

several times ive logged into my base, and cant use or access anything. when i log back in, im still in the bed.

 

One time when i was on the PC on rag....... i never walked near my door to exit the building. I was raising rexes....i suddenly begin drowning.

SOMEHOW the game thinks i walked out of my building and ran ALL THE WAY to the water. 

my friends and i have began calling it the "not where i am lag"

All the other maps on crossark6-offline-damage-prevented maps on day 2000+. Rag is on day 2. Hopefully they fix it. A lot of time wasted if not.

Yeah, we spent a lot of time making our base secure. 70 turrets and lots of critters. We all know how long it takes to get all that.

Make sure to fill out a server outage report form, and select the Reset to Day 1 option.  I have had this happen to some servers I play on; they will reset it to the most recent server save eventually.

I try since a week to log in to center18 server but it is rejected due to "server full". However, I can observe that player count is increasing after my login attempt was rejected. So server doesn't seem to be full for everybody.  And: How can a server be full with 35/70 players? So my base is subject to autodecay in a view hours and my questions is,

 

 What can I do to login in like the other players?

 

If it matters: I'm playing with an Epic-account.

From what I know, EGS players don't see Steam users and Steam players don't see EGS ones.

Invincibleqc: Thx for that info, this could explain indeed that despite a player counter like 35/70 the server is reported as full.

But I yet do not understand, why the server is full and a moment later 2-3 Player have logged in successfully, as the player counter indicates.

And in general, I've never experienced until now a server that is full for 24/7 over a whole week. Could it be, that players block somehow the server?
