With today's update the problem of the 890 server was solved at least for me.

Hi over last couple of days there's been a lot updates and broken stuff... And some where in the middle of It all my home server has gone missing I was on proper xbox eu server 3 days session not found now... Soooooo ive tryed tickets no answer other then try links mybe you'll find server .... Yeah right... So is there anyone that knows where to find out what happened to server 1037 Extinction xbox one.. If they closed it completely it mite of been bloody nice to have message saying it was shutting down 3 days ago, when i was last on so i could of transferred my stuff off....so now im stuck with a horrid gutted feeling not knowing, all that time and effort ....just hope it's no all been waist of bloody time ....

As far as I know, some Gen2 servers are still up and running and some have been offline for over 24 hours!
My main character is stuck on the EU-PVE-official-GenTwo920 server and now, due to the server being offline for over 24 hours, I cannot start playing. Since other bases on other maps are also tied to the name of this character.
I have not found any official information why the sevreres are disabled and when they will be able to access them.
I can only monitor the server status through

Where it says that the server status is offline.
I want to know why the server has been offline for more than 24 hours and when will the connection be restored?

Hi. I transferred my pj to genesisTwo1003, and after a few minutes the server crashed, and it has been offline for 16 hours. Is there any way to get my pj back?

Sadly, wildcard gives a poop about this. Or they dont have the balls to comment their problems..

And now 920 crashed 3x in a row, looks like they did nothing in that long downtime

Just wondering if every other Gen 2 server is crashing every 30 mins to an hour as mine is on 1010. I know it's because of the opening of transfers but I'm just curious if all of you are experiencing just as many crashes as we are lol.

NA Gen 2 995 has been crashing on a regular bases, suspiciously shortly after a save leading me to suspect duping. From what I've heard if one server goes down in a cluster the rest will too, so the duping may not even be on my server. This reminds me exactly of what was happening when Gen 2 launched and 995 and others in that cluster was crashing so much it was virtually unplayable. If it's not duping then WC's 'crash fix' has broken other servers...

Eu 936 has been offline for 6 hours now. Crashed 11 times yesterday 

 

How can these servers be so trash in 2021? you have 70 slots but it can't even handle 20 people with transfers open

Should've spended the money u wasted on vin diesel to be in the trailer on new servers instead

So today, genesis 2 1530 reset and now it’s day 1. They can fix this right? Because people moved all their stuff over the weekend and now they have lost everything.

Day 1 resets happen often enough that they have their own checkbox on the server outage form; make sure to fill that out. The server support team will load up the most recent server save when they get around to it; those are done every 15 mins so at most you lose 15 mins of progress.

Ah, I’ve done all the forms, so have others but I just wanted speak here to see if people have had this issue fixed before. Rather find out before starting to build. Thanks 😊

Pfff endless server crashes on gen2 1535. Just got my giga’s safe but it is taking long to breed as rollbacks are there. Server instability is really annoying.

Dear SurviveTheArk yesterday, Sunday September 5 there were more than 5 rollbacks of 5min unless these were all day I have lost 5 tek feeders and 1 argen. gen 2 934 been down for 9hrs now, its got so bad i hardly play now its just too unreliable, I wont be buying ark 2 because that will be just the same bugs and crashes all the way, also i have submitted server outage today multiple times and still its offline.
