Ongoing Server Instability & Crashes

as title says I have been disconnecting and getting "Lost/timeout connection to host" every 15-20 mins for the past 2 weeks now on every server i try playing on and it makes doing most things in the game near impossible without dying. I submitted a ticket hoping there was some sort of logs that could be looked at to locate the problem and my ticket got an automated response with links to things I said i had already tried and was closed right after.

Things I have tried

lowering graphics settings

Restarting router

Running game in low memory mode

Running game in directx10

Running game with no sky effects

Uninstalled and Reinstalled entire game 2 different times on 2 different SSDs

Playing in windowed mode

Flushing DNS

renew/leasing IP address

GPU: 8GB 2080 super

CPU AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core Processor 4.15 GHz

32 GB RAM

At Xbox, server EU-PVE-XboxOfficial-GenTwo1599  begans to restart continuously and dissapear from server list for some time.

The new Gen2 server im playing on is down for the 9th time today now!

yeah that is going to happen, it's just not displaying the correct amount of people in the server. Eventually someone will come on from wildcard and explain that they didn't realize this DLC was going to be so popular and that they are adding more servers. blah blah blah

Some of my friends are able to enter a Gen2 server with vacancy, but I am unable to enter it since the last update. I tried to enter every PVE Gen2 server available and it always shows me the server full error even though it clearly is not. No issues with other maps

So uh, did they take servers offline to help feed the new Gen 2 ones, cause mine (831) has been down for 14hrs, even after three reports (one at 30m, one at 2hrs, the last at over 12hrs).

what happened to him Server NA-PVE-890-Theisland?

Since yesterday the server does not work.

After maintenance all servers came back except 890.

Does anyone have information or who to find out?

Cannot join server.  No matter how many times I have tried, it will not let me.

 

This is infuriating!  Please fix!

Also, why was the server cap reduced from 100 to 70~!?   You allowed it to populate to 130 !!!!!

831 poop the bed 14hrs ago, already put three reports in, and can't get into any gentwo server that is sub 70...fix eet...

Yes. Please fix it. Many of our main characters are in the gen2 servers. And I request for a refund of season pass since gen 2 is unplayable
