What are we in the ARK universe; ahh yes, players, as such, we like the risk, we do not remain confined to our base even in this difficult period of pandemic!
Need some elements, never mind, just take a look at the Bosses!

Check:
- Collect all trophies and artifacts: Done
- Prepare all the dinos, 12 Rexs, 6 Deinos, 1 Yuti: Done
- Prepare outfits, potions, food, weapons, ammunition: Done
- Go to an obléisk, find a free one where another well-meaning player wouldn't have left any dinos to help us kill the bosses: Done
- Install all dinos: Done
- Call in reinforcement of friends (you should never go to the Boss alone, see another time when I lost all my dinos during a game crash during the fight): Done
- Launch Bosses in Alpha: Done
- Make the fight, kill the 3 Bosses, recover the elements: Done
- Re-cryo the dinos and return) the base, take them out so that they regenerate in front of the feeder: Done

Then finally, go about your different occupations in the game ...
10 or 11 minutes pass: CRASH SERVER !!!
30mn later when the server finally returns:
- The 3 dead players!
- All the missing dinos!
- No elements!
- All the stuff gone!

WHAT WOULD WE DO WITHOUT THESE LAGS? WITHOUT THESE CRASHS? WITHOUT THESE BUGS?

THANK YOU WILCARD FOR GIVING US ALL THESE MOMENTS OF INTENSIVE JOY, FEBRILITY, COLD SWEATS WITHOUT WHICH THIS GAME WOULD NOT BE WHAT IT IS !!!!

Well, I just have to start over: Breeder dinos, farm trophies, farm and craft new stuff ...

No really, thanks, I was bored in ARK and didn't know what to do with my time!

Hello,

On server 650 Genesis EU PVE, a lot of times I get kicked, mostly during server saves.

I would like to know what would happen to me and the dinos I would take with me during the arrival protocol mission, when I would be kicked during that mission.

Will I lose all my tames? Or will they be put back on the map where I would have started the mission. Mostly when I would get kicked during a save, my tame would be still on the map. But because on arrival protocol missions I will be inside the arenas, I am not sure about losing or keeping my tames.

Plz, at least every hour I would be kicked once and so the chance to get kicked during that mission is high, so I am scared to lose all my tames going on that mission.

Our Server NA-PVE-Official crashes every day, at least twice.

If game developers does not have logs - here are logs for each server.
Example for one of NA-PVE servers:

My suggestion: FIX SERVERS CRASHES!!!!

We also experience UI crashes, when your Client lost connection (DC) or just shows crash dump log and disconnect for at least 5 minutes.

My suggestion: FIX CLIENT CRASHES!!!!

One more issue, that affect all of us: 

Support team does not have tools to help players. They always answer "we can't"

My suggestion: Implement required tools for support team which make them capable to do real support.
It is absolutely not acceptable that this game running without support.

I believe, this improvements are most desirable for all ARK players.

Our server just crashed again. It is second crash for today.

What makes you think they dont have logs. They have logs for pretty much anything happening on servers including how many times you pooped lats game session.
 

Majority of client crashes are from hardware issues at user end. Or engine issues that are from ue4 that cant be fixed by Wildcard. 
 

What tools seem to be missing? Tools are not an issue but GM’s need to follow company policies.

I had pretty close and very long chat with support managers, they complain that even if they would want to - they can't help to player. They don't have tools available for support managers to verify player's words and to satisfy players needs.

As to crashes - server side crashes happen 2-3 times a day, they also because of clients hardware?

It’s not. I’ve put a ticket in for pve gen 608 every single day for 6 months now. They say to put in a ticket, but that doesn’t help. Probably never will.

Today our Official NA PVE server crashed ~20 times.

I spawn in the middle of swamp cave, dismounted.
All babies required care that I had removed rolled back to non removed state....

Thanks , WIldcard. Not going to submit any support request as your policy is "We are not helping to players" - as I being told many times in many support requests.
