Ongoing Server Instability & Crashes

PVE 1531 Gen2 on PS is still giving loads of problems. Yesterday night it had 5 rollbacks in a row. We lost some baby gigas because of them. Might think of changing server if this keeps happening, I lost my beloved solid black baby giga 😔

All the Gen 2 Aussie servers have been down for nearly 3 days now when are we getting these up again my character is locked onto that server while it is down can you please restart them so I can play on my character or at least tell us what is going on server outage notices are being ignored many have been sent.

They dont get marked as dead untill they have been offline for somem 40 ot 50 hrs

My main server has been down since the update, saying invalid, got some dinos out that may lose imprint bonus if its not up soon, just making sure WC is aware of this. 558 official pve

Fix 966, I've submitted many times with no reply or fix to the server. I'll move servers as soon as I can get on 966 for more than time than it's down.

Looks like ~18 hours it been down. All you can do is have as many people submit report as you can. My Gen server was recently down for 5+days.

Server EU-PVE-Official-GenTwo988 - (v345.25) Downtime since May /12 /2022. Today May /15 /2022 server is still down.
Questions: Has this server been deleted? Don't come back ?? I lost my CHAR Level 108 was playing on this server?? Where can I open a ticket complaining about the server being OFF for too many days?? Please help...

I have 2 ARK accounts purchased on steam, with all the paid and free DLCs installed in my pc and my son's. We play on other official PVE / PVP servers, where these servers rarely get downtime. We live in Japan, our Computers are state-of-the-art. Here in Osaka our internet is super fast, above 2 Gbps (with fiber). Most fixed internet in Japan is pretty much uncapped, or unlimited (no blocking of any kind).

I have 17,681 hours played and everything leads us to believe Studio Wildcard is no longer interested in supporting the ARK game..

down since 38 Hours. What happend? Can´t see a tip that it would be deleted??  i wrote a ticket and the answer was: Were sooo sorry..cant help. That sucks. A simple piece of information would be nice..how long it take..wether it was turend off completely..or..or..but just saying..soooory..ups..we can´t help is weak. If these are the requirements for Ark2..then good night...

Same for GenTwo987 Srver online for like 10 Minutes, than Crash.. now my Char stuck on this Server. would be nice if you STWC figure out why the Server crashes often as player can play on it.. looks like some bored kiddy crashes the server all the time.

Server 1592 gen 2 rolled back to day 1, now everything is gone, all my hard work. Why does this happen? How can this be prevented? I heard there will be no more events on ark so all my event dinos gone. Real time and money spent on dinos wasted. Why is ark so unstable?

Can someone explain to me why the server that i mentioned above is still down after 3 days? I have creatures and structures to renew the timers on other maps as well and my character is locked on that server!!!

EU-PVE-Official-GenTwo987 - (v345.25) offline since jesterday 10:00 what hapoend. My Mainchar stuck on Server after crash and cant relog in on mainserver. Pls restart the server that player can move to her main server.

Same on my server man, i just dont understand how there is no information on it. they have a topic for known outages but its not even posted in or updated. Someone just had their server rolled back to day 1 and lost everything, i know this is probably a IP change situation but to not even say anything about it, then throw a breeding event out or have events in general is just screwed. they have community managers that should at least say hey sorry, we arent sure just yet but we are trying to fix it. Makes solo tribes suffer. Hope yours comes back up some time soon, cant imagine itll be down more than 72 hours but hey im not surprised anymore.

Thx STW Server runs, and i got my char back. And transfer  it directly to the main server.
