Here's what I found Since the Eggcellent event started, I've been cracking Dodo eggs trying to complete the full set of 66 Chibis. Currently am on 65, and just missing 1! After breaking open several thousand of the things, I really started to notice some were far more common than others, so I cracked open exactly 3000 eggs, noting the numbers of particular Chibis that were found, as a way to try and work out rarity. Here's what I got. 28 - Parasaur 28 - Paracer 26 - Raptor 25 - Carno 23 - Doedicurus 23 - Allosaurus 22 - Kentrosaurus 21 - Sarco 21 - Rollrat 20 - Spino 20 - Mammoth 19 - Rex 19 - Phiomia 19 - Moschops 19 - Megatherium 19 - Beelzebufo 18 - Stego 18 - Pulmonoscorpius 18 - Pteranodon 18 - Iguanodon 18 - Direbear 17 - Megalodon 16 - Trike 15 - Terror Bird 15 - Megalania 14 - Megaloceros 14 - Daeodon 13 - Thylacoleo 11 - Karkinos 11 - Baryonyx 10 - Ankylosaurus 06 - Tapejara 06 - Giga 05 - Procoptodon 05 - Ovus 05 - Carbonemys 04 - Teeny Tiny Titano 04 - Rock Golem 03 - Yutyrannus 03 - Oviraptor 03 - Castroides 03 - Argentavis 02 - Troodon 02 - Rock Drake 02 - Rhino 02 - Reaper 02 - Quetzel 02 - Pair o Saurs 02 - Equus 02 - Direwolf 01 - Therazino 01 - Shapeshifter (sm) 01 - Phoenix 01 - Gigantopithecus 01 - Gasbag 01 - Cherufre 01 - Bronto 01 - Basilisk Missing: Sabertooth, Wyvern, Snow Owl, Griffin, Bog Spider, Bunny, Seeker, Shapeshifter (large) While it's pretty clear everything numbering 10 and over is pretty common, 3000 isn't enough to properly work out the rarity of the ones numbering 1 or 2. From what I've seen though, the rarest ones which you could potentially go days and thousands of eggs without seeing are: Bog Spider, Phoenix, Cherufe, Wyvern, Snow Owl, Griffin, Bunny, Rock Drake, Seeker, Pair o Saurs, Shapeshifter (small / large). Some of them are proving super elusive however, and after cracking what I estimate to be well over 20,000 eggs, I'm still missing the Chibi Shapeshifter (Large), and only have 2 Snow Owls. (In comparison with other rare ones, over the whole event I've found a total of 8 phoenixes, 8 bunnies, 6 wyverns, 5 shapeshifter (small), 7 griffins and 3 cherufe) Some other notes Even though there were 2 Rock Drakes within this lot of 3000 eggs, this must've been some sort of fluke, because on this particular day I picked up a total 3 of them, while I have only seen 1 other Rock Drake chibi on a different day of the event. After picking up 2500 eggs and not seeing any Yutyrannus and Troodons from a group of about 8 Dodos, I switched to another group of Dodos and almost immediately started picking up these guys. Perhaps only certain Dodos drop eggs for rarer chibis? Some chibis seem far more common than this selection makes them seem. Gasbags and Brontos, for example. Does that make me super lucky?Scorpion is very common based on the post above yours. But if u want compare luck, i got a teeny tiny titanosaur in less than 20 eggs. TraXz Posted April 22, 2020 Share Posted April 22, 2020 It took my tribe and I 2 hours to get about 5.000 eggs on official PVE. Then we also got a lot after and before, but I didn't bother to count that. We just used a skiff + grappling hook and took about 20 bunny-dodos to our base. wizard03 Posted April 23, 2020 Share Posted April 23, 2020 cracked open a couple or so dozen eggs, got the teeny titanasaur and called it quits.....I literally found my first bunny dodo as I was hauling cannonballs from my north base to the south base that I was going to use to tame a titanasaur, and felt like I got an omen from the gods. Indeed, real titanasaur was tamed 5 hours later. However I noticed a bug, the rollrat chibi was causing extremely low framerate, even though I could not see it because I do not have scorched earth. Like less than 1 FPS.....I unno what was going on, but am kinda glad I did not have the phoenix. Would have been torn at throwing it away to get rid of a game breaking bug, or keeping it. =/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
