Help Administration by lvl

Hello please is there some mods for administration with ability to add administrator some power and not everything or if its will be possible to do this by blueprints in ADK

But in ADK i dont know how to create player list with ability to select player with options like kick ban etc. and kick ban or somethink like teleport player to admin but by power of admin so admin with power 1 will use only kick and teleport and admin with more power have more abilities.
