Ansdrubal
Astrocetus and ambergris Good morning, as I read on the wiki, astrocetus passively generates ambergris. Has anyone got it? For days I have an astrocetus but it does not passively generate anything. Is something special to be done? I don't know what else to try ... Gunner120mm
Maybe wandering? Don’t have one myself (tribe does, but I don’t mess with it), maybe it’s like the other wander harvesting Dino’s
LadyKunaya
Two things I've kinda noticed but have not been able to test out properly due to work - Astrocetus saddle supposedly consumes Abg (Ambergris) for some sort of bombing mode. Additionally. It seems they eat the stuff themselves. (Ew?) If someone can try having a bunch of raw meat/raw fish meat in it's inventory for awhile while it sits unsaddled, perhaps it'll produce results? AkaiWilk
The stuff about producing ambergis was removed from wiki so maybe it was just someones assumption. Edit : its back there again so kinda confusing them adding and removing it... would be rlly nice to officially know if its supposed to produce it or not
Matt14c
So um not sure if you still need this but according to the wiki the astrocetus passively producing ambergris is a total lie, the space whales do produce ambergris but they don't leave it in their inventory, it just is there to explain how the ambergris got on the rocks in the lunar biome. So yeah don’t be expecting your whale to produce ambergris for you anytime soon I guess.
