Interesting DLC - Impossible missions

I'm not trying to attack your opinion lol, I was just giving suggestions to what my tribe does. Both that I mentioned are viable ways. Especially magmas in turret mode for the rock. But yeah, I agree that everything should be beatable solo, at the very least scale everything to the number of people...

In before Syntac starts back up his Ultimate Ark series and makes us all look silly at how to do the missions

Not me, just a random video using state of the art methods to solo it :) Yea the tanking part sucks but apart from this its fairly easy.

It may be a unpolular opinion to someone in this thread but i think when i play a game in singleplayer mode, i should have a way to beat all the content legit on default settings and without exploiting some mechanics.

And if I join a server or even a cluster without Extinction for Meks or a way to get Gigas or Reapers because the cluster have restrictions like the offical servers there should be a legit way without exploiting the game to beat all the content it has to offer.

At the end of the day this game should be playable and fun and i dont think its fun if only one ore two elite players with meks or tek gigas have access to these type of content.

Yes some kind of content should be hard but it should be accesseble for everyone at some point without cheeky ways to cheese it.

But how dare I to have an opinion , Im only a singleplayer player no one cares especially the devs but I payed for this game too like everyone else.

 

Well I can see your point but the content also needs to be challenging for tribes who roll full 10 people into fights. For singleplayer they should just scale down the bosses to a challenging level, but not nerf multiplayer bosses to being soloable before transfers even open. It's the best community building content we have, as everybody has to work together if we don't want to leave anyone behind.

I since then done most of these race missions, minus the alpha saber one.

I’m confused, more specifically how you were able to use tek turrets and heavy turrets on racers when you can’t place heavies period and it doesn’t allow you to place tek generators on platforms

I was able to get through many of the alpha missions solo on PVE official, but some of the alpha hunts/escorts required that I bring tames from other servers.  I needed to work with another tribe to do the alpha sarco, allo, golem and spino.  I have yet to survive alpha tex-rex or giga.  For races, I was able to get alpha on each one except skiff and bloodstalker, and I am still trying to find a way to do the alpha turtle escort.  The only ones that seem like they are completely unreachable for me and the resources I have are the alpha mob missions - I just don't have the connections to get a big enough team for those.  But I am surprised that I was able to solo so many alpha missions, and I am not that skilled a player with gear and tames that are good, but not top-notch.  I would imagine that it would have been wise to make every alpha mission quite hard to solo - that is why it is an alpha mission.  I would have been disappointed if I was able to do all of them without a team.
