They just want our money but they never solve the problem, no matter how hard we try to contact them. Now I am playing the pirated game, in pirated servers, is the unique sollution. I dont like to do this, but Ark devs dont take care about players... It should be a great game, but with these developers, it just sucks. Deceivers.
