Rubber Banding / Lag Spikes

Hi Everyone!

I'm having a major issue when it comes to playing Ark.
Recently I've been experiencing major rubber banding and lag spikes. I generally run 20 ping on the two unofficial clusters i play on. The servers haven't changed providers or any hardware. No one else that plays on these clusters seem to be experiencing rubber banding. I actually live closer to the "hosts" then most of the players do.

- I've uninstalled the game completely and re downloaded
- I've run ping plotter and i don't have packet loss
- I only have this issue with Ark
